Traditional Smithy historically known as the County Forge has a deep history within Lincolnshire.
The forge was designed by renowned architect John Nash, who was also responsible for works around London such as Park Crescent, Regent Street, the western front of Buckingham Palace and Marble Arch.
As custodians of the forge, it is important to us to maintain the long legacy of blacksmithing here within these walls.
We continue to use the hearth, tools and techniques that have served generations of craftsmen.
